TOUR-GUIDE: MORE THAN A JOB, A LIFESTYLE
From a Parisan office worker to an active tour-guide
In 2015, I decided to change life. I moved to Germany and started a training course at the Euro-Tour Guide Akademie in Marburg and Austria. I loved it, and as soon as I have passed the IHK (Chamber of Commerce) exam, I started to work German companies in the tourism industry.
My first assignment was on board AIDA cruise ships. There, I acted as a German-speaking travel consultant and also "scout" during excursions. AIDA is the leading cruise company for German-speaking people. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & plc since 2003.
Working on board a ship, 6 months in a row and exploring remote places such as the Caribbean, North America, the Polar circle, the Canary islands and much more, was a very demanding job but it also helped me grow up, learn and discover dream destinations!
WHAT I AM DOING NOW
Diving into the ecotourism world
However, I knew that working on board a ship was not my goal. As of 2017, I started therefore to work for sustainable comanies, like France écotours and myecostay, members of forum anders reisen, which corresponded exactly to my mindset.
My wish was to bound with nature, transmit knowledge and make people happy!
I have been also working since 2017 for Wikinger Reisen, the leading German T.O for adventure travels around the world.
Finally, since 2021 I am very proud and happy to be also part of the team of the leading German cycling tour operator Die Landpartie, an official partner of Die Zeit Magazin.

I am very excited to partner Ramon Stoppelenburg as his French and German-speaking contact person for the "Expedition Kilimandjaro".
This the the adventure of a life-time which I loved so much that I wanted to share it with you guys.

PRESS COVERAGE
Despite my previous activity as a PR consultant, I am not looking forward being featured myself in the media, but sometimes...it just happens!
